  250ml just-boiled water
  1 to 3 teaspoons
  3 to 5 minutes
Pour over glass with ice.
    Add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener.

Cold-Brew Iced Tea
  250ml cold water
  1 to 3 teaspoons
  Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, up to 48 hours.
Pour over glass with ice.
