Lemongrass Citrus Oolong Tea is an exciting mix of dark and light shades and textures. The base of the blend are dark brown and black Oolong leaves that are dried and oxidised, twisting into convoluted shapes. Adding colour are tropical orange hues of citrus and kumquats. Pineapple slivers catch the eye with a soft yellow tone and elongated stalks of lemongrass offer tones of green.

For Best Brewing

Hot Tea
  250ml just-boiled water
  1 to 2 teaspoons
  3 to 5 minutes
   Add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener.
  Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.

Iced Tea
  250ml just-boiled water
  2 to 3 teaspoons
  3 to 5 minutes
Pour over glass with ice.
    Add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener.

Cold-Brew Iced Tea
  250ml cold water
  2 to 3 teaspoons
  Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, up to 48 hours.
Pour over glass with ice.
    Add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener.
