Steeping Notes

Western Brewing Method

Water: 120ml
Temperature : 100°C
Tea: 3 tablespoons
Stir vigorously until the milk tea powder has completely dissolved.

For cold tea, double the amount of tea. Pour over ice and shake vigorously. More tea will render a bolder flavour. Since this is a matter of taste, adjust the amount of to your liking.
