Use and Preparation of Flaxseeds

You can also prepare Flaxseeds similarly to Basil Seeds. Put one tablespoon of flaxseeds on a glass and fill it with warm water. Leave the seeds to soak for 3 to 8 minutes, depending on your preferred softness. Keep the glass of soaking seeds at room temperature while they hydrate.
