Dandelion Root Tea

(2 customer reviews)

Chopped up roots featuring an elongated chunky shape with an outer texture that resembles the bark of a tree. The colour is a dark brown with hints of lighter tan.

How does it taste?

The perfect substitute for your caffeine-filled morning coffee! Dandelion Root Tea is rich, smooth and full-bodied with a slight bitter taste. The liquor has a lovely deep coppery-red colour and the aroma is reminiscent of lush, damp earth. Add some raw honey to counteract the bitterness.

Health Benefits of Dandelion Root Tea

Dandelion Root tea is exceptionally beneficial for the liver. It maintains optimum health and protects the liver against damage from prescribed medication like pain killers. Dandelion Root can be used to treat jaundice. It also offers an instant caffeine-free energy boost.

I have been buying this again and again. It tastes malty almost like coffee or chocolate. I love it! Plus it is good for the liver too. My husband is hooked as well so I always buy the XL version.
