How does it taste?

The bright red liquor of Chamomile Apple Tea gives you a wonderful spa-like feeling of relaxation and soothing. Chamomile offers gentle notes of apple blended with a honey-sweetness. Apples add a hint of tartness. The roselle brings a tangy aftertaste that is mellowed by the tropical sweetness of papaya. The mouthfeel of this exotic blend is silky and smooth with a delicate floral aroma that teases the nose.

Health Benefits of Chamomile Tea

Chamomile has been used as a natural health remedy since ancient times. It is particularly good for reducing menstrual cramps. Chamomile lowers blood pressure and can add value to diabetes treatments. It contains chemical compounds that help to reduce inflammation in the digestive system. A glass of Chamomile Apple Tea before bedtime helps you relax and sleep peacefully.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Apples contain compounds that slow the oxidation process that causes the build-up of plaque, leading to heart disease. The antioxidants in apples are great for reducing asthma. Phloridzin – found only in apples may protect post-menopausal women from osteoporosis by increasing bone density.

Papaya is great for improving eye health. Roselle boosts liver health and reduces blood fat levels.

Its surprisingly easy to drink as compared to other chamomile teas that I have tried. Even without the sweetener, its taste is definitely one of the best. Also, it really helps in easing your mind which improved the quality of my sleep.
To be honest, I am not a fan of chamomile but, this mixture tastes fantastic! I could still get a mild taste of the chamomile and it's weird because it doesn't bother me! haha! I have to agree that the best way to drink this is by cold-brewing it and add some honey (or preferred sweetener). :)
