Wild Berry Black Tea is dark, striking and tempting. The base is black tea leaves which are sun-dried and then oxidised, giving them a dark colour as they form into brittle, convoluted shapes. Interspersed in the blend are plump dark blue blueberries, purple-black currants and blackberries. Hints of green mint add a refreshing finish.

  250ml just-boiled water

  3 to 5 minutes

  Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.

Iced Tea
  250ml just-boiled water
  2 to 3 teaspoons
  3 to 5 minutes
Pour over glass with ice.
    Add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener.

Cold-Brew Iced Tea
  250ml cold water
  2 to 3 teaspoons
  Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, up to 48 hours.
Pour over glass with ice.
    Add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener.
