Ripe Puerh tea is processed through an accelerated fermentation that turns it from ‘raw’ into ‘ripe’. The leaves take on a flat, slightly twisted shape and are a dark reddish-brown in colour. Ripe Pu’er tea can also be pressed into brick-like or bird-nest shapes.

250ml just-boiled water
1 to 2 teaspoons
3 to 5 minutes

Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
Iced Tea

3 to 5 minutes
Pour over glass with ice.

Cold-Brew Iced Tea

Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, up to 48 hours.

I usually make my own blend with this. I put this together with dried stevia leaves. Alone, it is not bitter, it has a very mild taste with an earthy smell. Love the benefits, I usually drink this at night and will have a bowel movement by morning. Definitely part of my routine now
