How Does it Taste?
Expectant Mums Tea is light, mellow, and refreshingly tasty, just what you need to help you feel energized and calm. The rosehips add a slight flush of berry to taste, and you get a fresh minty scent to complete the experience.

WATER: 250ml | TEMPERATURE: 90ºC | TEA: 3 to 5 pieces
Place 2 teaspoons of tea into your cup. Add 250ml hot water and allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Add raw honey to taste. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
For iced tea, double the amount of tea and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. Add ice and serve. Long brewing periods will render a bolder flavour. Re-steep 2 more times.
