Maojian is a green tea included in the top ten famous teas in China. The tea leaves, which are covered in abundant white hairs, are thin, tender and evenly shaped. The leaves are commonly known as “hairy tips”, a name that refers to their slightly dark-green colour, straight and delicate edges, and thin and firmly rolled appearance with both ends in a pointed shape.

For Best Brewing

Hot Tea
  250ml just-boiled water
  1 to 2 teaspoons
  3 to 5 minutes
   Add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener.
  Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.

Iced Tea
  250ml just-boiled water
  1 to 3 teaspoons
  3 to 5 minutes
Pour over glass with ice.
    Add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener.

Cold-Brew Iced Tea
  250ml cold water
  1 to 3 teaspoons
  Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, up to 48 hours.
Pour over glass with ice.
    Add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener.
