Brewing Instructions
WATER: 250ml | TEMPERATURE: 90ºC | TEA: 2 tsp
Place 2 teaspoons of tea into your cup. Add water into your cup until leaves are fully submerged. Swirl your cup for 5 seconds and discard water. This is called the rinsing process. Add 250ml hot water and allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Add raw honey to taste. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
For iced tea, double the amount of tea and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. Add ice and serve. Long brewing periods will render a bolder flavour. Re-steep 2 more times.
