Place 2 to 3 teaspoons into your cup. Add 250ml of water at a temperature around 90°C. Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Good for two to three steeps.
Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing. Reducing steeping time will render a milder tea. Longer steeping periods will render a bolder flavour. Adjust the amount of tea and steeping time to your liking.
