Free Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is offered for orders worth P2,000.00 for Metro Manila addresses only. Free shipping takes up to 5 days to arrive. If you prefer to have your deliveries expedited, regular shipping fees will apply.

Payment Methods

What are your payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods on our site:

Cash on Delivery: Conveniently pay for your orders when they are delivered to your doorstep.

Direct Bank Transfer (OTC/Mobile Transfer): We accept payments through BDO, BPI Family, and PNB. If you’re using the BPI app, fund transfer from BPI account to BPI Family account is accepted by the system.

Credit / Debit Card: You can pay safely and conveniently using your credit or debit card. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay with your debit or credit card, just choose to pay as a guest. Your debit card must have the Mastercard or VISA logo to use it with Paypal.

GCash: Send your payment using the GCash app or at select 7 Eleven branches. Walk up to the counter and ask for GCash cash-in and provide payment details to the cashier.

Coins.ph: Send your payment using the Coins.ph app.

PayMaya: Send your payment using the PayMaya app or through one of PayMaya’s cash-in partners.
How do I send payment confirmation?
Once you have made your payment, please send us a copy of your proof of payment via Viber or Facebook Messenger.

Once we have verified your payment, you will receive a reply and your order status will be updated.

Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation via email by attaching a photo of your receipt or transaction screenshot. Please use your order ID as your subject. Please send to billing@teasourcemnl.com.

Order Processing

How long does it take to process orders?
Orders are generally dispatched the following work day after payment has been confirmed. Orders and payments received after 1PM will be processed the next work day.
How do you pack my order?
Your orders are placed in a bubble sheet pouch before packing them in the shipping pouch. By default we use one bubble sheet pouch per shipment.
How many days do I have to settle my payment?
Once you have sent in your orders, you have 3 working days to settle your payment. After the allotted period, we will automatically cancel your orders so we can make the stock available for other interested customers.

Shipping Information

Do you ship to my location?
We ship all over the Philippines. If you are an international customer and are interested in placing an order with us, please send us an email at info@teasourcemnl.com
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We offer same-day delivery via one of our partner couriers. We usually dispatch orders after 4PM. If you are in a rush and you need your orders before 4PM, please let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements.

1. Once your orders are ready, we will send you an SMS or give you a call confirming that you orders are ready for pick-up along with the delivery fee amount.

2. Once we receive your confirmation, we will assign one of our partner couriers to deliver your orders to you.

3. Please make sure that someone will receive the items on your shipping address. Please prepare payment for the delivery as this is not computed in your payment nor is it covered by our free shipping promo.

Please note that order and payment cut-off for same day shipping is at 12PM. Orders and payments verified after the cut-off period will be processed the next day.
How long does shipping take?

METRO MANILA

Blitz Delivery  – Takes up to 2 to 7 business days, depending on your chosen delivery speed. Your shipping fee is computed based on size and quantity of your orders. Smaller and fewer quantity will mean a lower shipping fee. Shipping fee starts at P50.00.

J&T Express – Takes up to 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Your shipping fee is computed based on size and quantity of your orders. Smaller and fewer quantity will mean a lower shipping fee. Shipping fee starts at P80.00. Box options are available for a more secure transit of your orders.

Lalamove or Grab Express – Choose this option if you are in a rush and you need to receive your orders as soon as possible. Order and payment cut-off is at 12PM. Freight will be collected by our partner courier upon delivery as this delivery fee is not computed in your order payment nor is it covered by our free shipping promo.

Free Shipping – Takes up to 5 business days. A minimum order value of P2,000.00 is required to avail the free shipping promo.

PROVINCIAL

J&T Express – Takes up to 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Your shipping fee is computed based on size and quantity of your orders. Smaller and fewer quantity will mean a lower shipping fee. Shipping fee starts at P110.00. Box options are available for a more secure transit of your orders.

CMO – Takes up to 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Your shipping fee is computed based on size and quantity of your orders. Smaller and fewer quantity will mean a lower shipping fee. Shipping fee starts at P150.00. The parcels are forwarded to LBC.

Bus Terminal Pick-Up – Takes up to 1 to 2 days, depending on the schedule of the bus lines. We will deliver your goods to Shipping fee is P150.00 per 10kg plus P20.00 per excess kg. We offer this services to the following areas:

Air or Sea Cargo – Sea Cargo may take 7 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the destination. Freight usually starts at around P350.00 per 10kg but can vary depending on the dimensions and destination. Air Cargo takes 2 to 4 business days only but may cost considerably more. Freight can either be prepaid to us or collected by the cargo company upon delivery. Send us an inquiry so we can give you the best possible rate.

How can I track my order ?
Once your orders have been shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Kindly check your spam folder as they usually get filtered out. At the same time, your order status will change to “Shipped”. For real-time delivery status, we recommend calling the logistics company’s hotline as their online tracking systems may not updated right away.

Packaging Options

Zip Pouches
By default, our teas are packed in sealed, resealable, stand-up zip pouches. The zip pouches are very light which will keep your shipping cost low. Wholesale orders of 250g and 500g are packed in a vacuum sealed bags. The size of zip pouch to be used on your order will depend on the type of tea, its size, and its weight.
Tin Cans
If you prefer a reusable packaging option, we also offer teas in tin cans. We have several sizes for you to choose from. Though not all loose teas are offered in tins, most traditional teas are. You can check the product size variation to see if the tin can option is available. The size of tin can to be used on your order will depend on the type of tea and its size.

Jars
Another reusable packaging option are jars. They are divided into two category, glass jars and glass jars with lock. Though not all loose teas are offered in jars due to their sizes, most traditional teas and smaller flowers are. You can check the product size variation to see if the glass jar option is available. The size of jar to be used on your order will depend on the type of tea and its size.

Product Availability

I can't find a specific product
All our online products are in stock unless marked as out of stock or sold out. We usually restock products once a month. If a product you like is out of stock, go to the product page and click on subscribe. You will be notified via email once the item is available. If you can’t find a certain product on our online store, it is most likely not offered on our website. Send us an e-mail and we’ll help you sort it out. info@teasourcemnl.com
