Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered for orders worth P3,000.00 for Metro Manila addresses. Free shipping takes up to 5 days to arrive. If you prefer to have your deliveries expedited, regular shipping fees will apply.

Currently, our Free Shipping option is disabled during this GCQ. We hope for your kind understanding.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods on our site:

Cash on Delivery: Conveniently pay for your orders when they are delivered to your doorstep.

Direct Bank Transfer (OTC/Mobile Transfer): We accept payments through BDO, BPI Family, and PNB. If you’re using the BPI app, fund transfer from BPI account to BPI Family account is accepted by the system.

GCash & PayMaya: Send your payment using the GCash or PayMaya app. You may also visit one of GCash or PayMaya’s cash-in partners to send your payment to us.

Credit / Debit Card via PayPal: You can pay safely and conveniently using your credit or debit card. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay with your debit or credit card, just choose to pay as a guest. Your debit card must have the Mastercard or VISA logo to use it with Paypal.

Once you have made your payment, please send us a copy of your proof of payment via Viber, What’sApp (0927-409-8106) or Facebook Messenger.

Once we have verified your payment, you will receive a reply and your order status will be updated.

Alternatively, you may send your payment confirmation via email by attaching a photo of your receipt or transaction screenshot. Please use your order ID as your subject. You may send it to billing@teasourcemnl.com.

Order Processing

Orders are generally dispatched the following workday after payment has been confirmed. Orders and payments received after 10 AM will be processed the next workday. Same Day Delivery / Pick-Up is also available, you will find the necessary information below.
Your orders are placed in a bubble sheet pouch before packing them in the shipping pouch. By default, we use one bubble sheet pouch per shipment.
Once you have sent in your orders, you have 3 working days to settle your payment. After the allotted period, unpaid orders are automatically cancelled by the system.

Shipping Information

We offer same-day delivery via Lalamove, Grab, Angkas, etc. We usually dispatch orders after 4 PM. If you are in a rush and you need your orders before 4 PM, please let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements. The cut-off for same-day delivery is at 10 AM. 1. Once your orders are ready, we will send you an SMS or give you a call confirming that your orders are ready for pick-up along with the pick-up details. 2. Once you have booked a driver, kindly send us a screenshot of the booking via one of our communication channels (Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger). 3. For Cash on Delivery orders, please tick Purchase Service (Lalamove) or Cash on Delivery (Grab) and inform the driver of your payment amount to make sure he has enough cash to make an advanced payment for you. Please note that order and payment cut-off for same-day shipping is at 10 AM. Orders and payments verified after the cut-off period will be processed the next day.
METRO MANILA XPOST / GOGOXPRESS – Takes up to 2 to 5 workdays, depending on your location. Your shipping fee is computed based on the size and quantity of your orders. Smaller and fewer quantity will mean a lower shipping fee. Shipping fee starts at P90.00. Box options are available for more secure transit of your orders. J&T Express – Takes up to 2 to 5 workdays, depending on your location. Your shipping fee is computed based on the size and quantity of your orders. Smaller and fewer quantity will mean a lower shipping fee. Shipping fee starts at P90.00. Box options are available for more secure transit of your orders. Lalamove, Grab Express, Angkas, Curbside Pick-Up – Choose this option if you are in a rush and you need to receive your orders as soon as possible. Order and payment cut-off is at 10 AM. The delivery fee will be paid by customer upon delivery as it is not computed in your order payment nor is it covered by our free shipping promo. Free Shipping – Takes up to 5 business days. The minimum order value of P3,000.00 is required to avail the free shipping promo. Currently, our Free Shipping option is disabled during this GCQ. We hope for your kind understanding. PROVINCIAL XPOST / GOGOXPRESS – Takes up to 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Your shipping fee is computed based on the size and quantity of your orders. Smaller and fewer quantity will mean a lower shipping fee. Shipping fee starts at P120.00. Box options are available for more secure transit of your orders. J&T Express – Takes up to 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Your shipping fee is computed based on the size and quantity of your orders. Smaller and fewer quantity will mean a lower shipping fee. Shipping fee starts at P120.00. Box options are available for more secure transit of your orders. Bus Terminal Pick-Up – Takes up to 1 to 2 days, depending on the schedule of the bus lines. We will deliver your goods to the terminal via Lalamove which is paid for by the buyer, including the Queuing Service that Lalamove charges extra for. The Shipping fee is P150.00 per 10kg plus P20.00 per excess kg. We offer this service to the following areas: via Victory Liner Benguet (Baguio) Cagayan (Aparri, Tuao, Tuguegarao City) Isabela (Santiago, Roxas, Ilagan) Kalinga (Tabuk) Pampanga (Dau) Pangasinan (Bolinao, Dagupan, Lingayen) Tarlac (Tarlac) Zambales (Iba, Olongapo, Sta. Cruz) via Five Star Nueva Ecija (Cabanatuan, San Antonio) Pangasinan (Agno, Anda, San Carlos, Tayug) Air or Sea Cargo – Sea Cargo may take 7 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the destination. Freight usually starts at around P350.00 per 10kg but can vary depending on the final volumetric weight and destination. Air Cargo takes 2 to 4 business days. Freight may either be prepaid to us or collected by the cargo company upon delivery. Send us an inquiry so we can give you the best possible rate.
Once your orders have been shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Kindly check your spam folder as they usually get filtered out. At the same time, your order status will change to “Shipped”. For real-time delivery status, we recommend visiting the logistics company’s website or calling their hotline. Packaging Options

By default, our teas are packed in sealed, resealable, stand-up zip pouches. The zip pouches are very light which will keep your shipping cost low. Wholesale orders of 250g and 1kg, and 5kg are packed in a vacuum-sealed bags. The size of the zip pouch to be used on your order will depend on the type of tea, its size, and its weight.
If you prefer a reusable packaging option, we also offer teas in tin cans. We have several sizes for you to choose from. Though not all loose teas are offered in tins, most traditional teas are. You can check the product size variation to see if the tin can option is available.
Another reusable packaging option are glass bottles. Though not all loose teas are offered in bottles due to size, most traditional teas and smaller flowers are. You can check the product size variation to see if the glass jar option is available. The size of jar to be used on your order will depend on the type of tea and its size.

Product Availability

All our online products are in stock unless marked as out of stock or sold out. We usually restock products twice a month. If a product you like is out of stock, go to the product page and click on subscribe. You will be notified via email once the item is available.
